Spring is in the Air | Temple Texas Children Photographer

This session has a great story to go with it. I had done a family session for them about two Fall seasons ago, so when mom reached out to me about an Easter model call, I was so excited to see them again!

When the time came for the session, there was a mix up with my backdrop company that I didn’t catch until the last minute. They had accidentally sent the wrong tracking number with my Easter backdrop. What I thought was my Easter backdrop ended up being a rainbow cloud backdrop! Not exactly “Easter”. ha!

This sweet family drives almost an hour to see me so I had NO time to catch her before she left. When they arrived, I felt horrible and explained the situation but thankfully mom was ready to go with the Valentine’s Day setup I already had. I couldn’t let this adorable bunny dress go to waste though! After some quick thinking, I grabbed all the “spring” props I had on hand and created a setup that would work with the outfit. This is what being a professional is all about. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but you stay positive and work with anything life throws at you.

This sweet girl rocked the session and was such a HAM! She was born to be in front of the camera and I loved working with her and her mama again!
