Week 14, Project 52 | Temple Texas Family Photographer

I would say good morning, but it’s almost noon my time! 😉 I’ve been taking care of a poor sickie this morning and she finally took a nap! I snapped a few images yesterday while we were waiting on my older girls to come home. I just have to say….the little one….she’s a hot mess! I don’t even know what is going on in this first photo. She just said, Mom picture a me!! So we did. I believe by the 4th kid, you kind of just give up on having them look nice and pretty all the time. Or maybe you just learn to pick your battles better than you did with the first! Either way, I know my oldest looked more put together in her little photos. ha! Oh well…a messy kid is a happy kid, right??

As I was sitting on our sidewalk, I randomly took a photo of the flowers next to me. Wow. The Sigma 35 lens is truly amazing. I cropped the flower shot in a lot and it’s so sharp! I can’t believe I waited so long to purchase that lens. It may actually take my 50’s spot and be #1. Well enjoy week 14 of project 52! I’m off to play nurse the rest of the day. Hopefully it passes soon so we can still have fun this weekend!
